Luntley Court

Set in the peaceful Herefordshire countryside, Luntley Court is a beautiful Grade II listed manor house dating back to 1674. 6 very spacious bedrooms sleep 18 guests, there’s a games room with a snooker table, a large garden with a hot tub and football goals, and wider private grounds to explore. 2 cots for infants age 2 yrs and under. 2 dogs welcome at a small charge each.

"A beautiful property where you'll want for nothing!! The house accommodated 18 people very comfortably and a lovely little treat to have bathrobes in each of the rooms. The cot was very handy, as was the bedroom with adjoining bedrooms which a family of 5 with a small baby stayed in! For such a large house it felt very warm, even when we woke up to a winter frost outside it felt snug inside! The tasteful decor and plenty of blankets also helped! It was particularly nice to all be able to sit down and eat dinner together in the gorgeous dining room. There are very few properties that can accommodate such large groups, and as this was a family gathering it was so nice to be able to sit down and chat late into the evening over dinner. There were plenty of plates, cutlery for dining, and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The 2 dishwashers and Aga deserve a special mention too! The hot tub and pool table provided hours of entertainment. We couldn't recommend this property highly enough. Will made sure that everything was covered for a smooth check in and check out! Thanks for a brilliant stay!"

"Lots of places to visit from here. Pembridge itself is a lovely village to visit and plenty of scenic walks in the local area. Hay on Wye and Ludlow are interesting places for a day out and not very far away. The town of Hereford is good for shopping and places to eat. We have been staying in Luntley Court for many years now, and the new owners have done a great job of doing it up and making it even more comfortable. It is a fabulous place to stay for a long weekend or even better, a week! The house is full of history (dated 1674!) and has has old beams in every room. It is a very spacious property and the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything that you need. It never feels crowded in the house however many in you party due to the space and number of rooms. The bathrobes provided added a touch of luxury especially after a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Plenty of places to walk locally and two pubs in the village with a good atmosphere. The house always felt cosy and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit and would definitively recommend for a relaxing weekend away :)"

"We stayed in Luntley Court for a long Eater weekend with family to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 16 of us so we spend most of our time enjoying the accommodation and it’s facilities. However we did venture into the lovely village of Pembridge where we found many places worth seeing. I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done by the host to improve our stay. The accommodation was exactly as described when we booked. There were more than enough cups, plates, knifes, folks etc. Every room was decorated and provided a great atmosphere. The whole place was spacious and gave people the opportunity to take a break from the rest of the group or get involved. It was one of the few places I have been were the impression given by the booking information was far outweighed by the actual experience and the wow factor when you arrive."
