We hope the following information will be helpful when you are planning your stay at Luntley Court:
Address: You will find this within your booking after you have secured your holiday.
BBQ: There is a gas barbecue for use from Easter to the end of October, with gas provided.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic filled), bed linen, cot mattress sheets, bath robes and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own towels and suitable footwear for use with the hot tub.
Check In Information: This can be found within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
Cots: 2 travel cots are available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Directions: You’ll find detailed directions with your booking information after you have secured your holiday.
Dogs: 2 dogs welcome at a small charge per pet. Please read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at Luntley Court. Guests cannot use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles due to insurance restrictions. Please use this Zap Map to find the nearest car charging points.
Features: Hot tub, games room with snooker table, outdoor football goals.
Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose will deliver to Luntley Court. Please arrange deliveries for after your arrival.
Garden: Large garden at the back of the house with lockable gates. There’s a terrace with outdoor furniture, bbq and football goals. You will also have access to wider grounds at Luntley Court; there is a pond, which is fenced, but younger children should still be supervised at all times.
Guests: Luntley Court sleeps 18 guests in 6 bedrooms. For more details please see the Floor Plans.
Highchairs: Sorry, we do not supply highchairs.
Hot Tub: The hot tub seats 8 and can be used throughout the year.
Kitchen/Utility: This is well equipped with a 4 oven electric Aga with a double cooking plate, a separate double electric oven and 4 ring hob, an under counter fridge, microwave and 2 cafetieres. In the utility room there is a tall fridge- freezer, an extra fridge, another dishwasher, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Music: There are no facilities to play music at Luntley Court.
Parking: There is off road parking for 6 vehicles.
Rooms: Luntley Court has 6 bedrooms (2 ensuite), 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, a second floor WC, a large kitchen, dining room, utility room, spacious living room, games room, and snug/TV room.
Room Configurations: Bedrooms 1-4 have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have twin beds.
Stairgates: There are no stairgates at this property.
TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living room and the snug/TV room. Both have access to streaming services using your own passwords.
What's Provided: You’ll find enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, high balls, gin bowls, cocktail glasses and pint glasses.
There will be initial supplies of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scouring sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, laundry powder, hand soap, shower gel and moisturiser.
There are hairdryers in all bedrooms.
Wifi: There is rural broadband, which may not be as fast as you are used to.
Note: No smoking - no fireworks, sky lanterns or drones - consideration for neighbouring properties – no outside noise after 11pm
